A hot knife or thermal cutter works best. The heat melts the edge of the PPS, sealing it so it won’t fray.

Is it flame retardant?
Yes, it’s made with UL94 V-0 rated PPS monofilaments, so it won’t easily catch fire and will self-extinguish if it does.
What’s the temperature range it can handle?

It works from -70°C all the way up to +200°C continuously.
