Manufacturing Process
1.Raw material
We use safe, eco-friendly PET materials for consistent quality.
2. Wire Drawing
We own our own wire drawing machines for producing the wires needed for braided tubing.
3. Braiding Machine
With 100 braiding machines, we make PET, Nylon, and special sleeves in all sizes.
4. Flat Braiding Machine
50 flat braiding machines produces wide materials for hook-and-loop, zipper, and self-wrap sleeves.
5. Braiding Sealing Device
Precision sealing equipment for the final forming of braided sleeves.
6.Testing Equipment
We have multiple professional testing devices to test the abrasion resistance, temperature, flame retardancy, tensile strength, voltage, and other properties of our products.
